What is the basic structure?
The basic configuration of the compact machine for R&D Dipcoater consists of two units: the main body of the precision lifting mechanism and the control box.
What is the difference between your product and other companies' products?
We can provide products with a series of additional functions such as pre-treatment (cleaning, modification, etc.) and post-treatment (thermal curing, UV curing, etc.) as well as dipping. In addition, our equipment features precision drive, including vibration and pull-up accuracy.
What are some of the Option?
We have the units and other equipment necessary for dip coating. Dip coating is not just about pulling up the workpiece, but also about managing the coating solution, surface modification of the workpiece, cleaning, and other factors that affect adhesion and wettability. We offer a full range of services, including other coating environments.
Does the operation of the dip coater for R&D require knowledge of special programs?
No particular knowledge of programming is required, as all you need to do is to input numerical values for speed, stop position, and stop time from the touch panel of the Control Box.

Selection is based on lifting distance (stroke) and lifting speed according to workpiece size. Please feel free to consult us.

What is the estimated delivery time?
1.5 to 2 months for small size machines for R&D, and 3 to 4 months for other customized equipment. Please feel free to consult with us about the end of the fiscal year, etc., as this is only a rough estimate.
Can we discuss the liquid to be coated?

What are the maintenance guidelines?
Small dip coaters for R&D are basically maintenance free. For equipment for mass production, we recommend maintenance once every six months.
How is the support system organized?
We also provide operation guidance and maintenance services after installation.
